Dewey's Daily Cup of Prayer

Dear KKIM Family,

We have been praying for Lynne Buggs as she goes through cancer treatment. I just got a note from her brother Tim Gannon that she is back in the hospital and that the Doctor's think the cancer has moved to her brain.

Would you please continue to pray for healing for Lynne.

It has been such a blessing to get to know her through emails, she has a wonderful heart for the Lord and HIS people.

Never complaining.

I would like to share with Lynne and her family and with you all about why prayer is so important for all of us.............

Spirituality without prayer life is no spirituality at all, and it will not last beyond the first debates. Prayer is an opening of the self so that the Word of God can break in and make us new. Prayer unmasks. Prayer converts. Prayer impels. Prayer sustains us on the way. Pray for the grace it will take to continue what you would like to quit.

Let us not quit seeking the Lord's will in all of our lives and the will of the Lord for the life of Lynne and her family.

You see, there is something greater than what we see now..........what we do not see is greater than what we do see. That is called eternal life with our Lord.
