Dewey's Daily Cup of Prayer

Erika came into the station yesterday to tell us her sister is cancer free! We started praying for her about a year ago also!!! PRAISE GOD!!!

Frank Haley's Hip replacement surgery went very well. Please keep him in your prayers.



Elfie of Albuquerque yesterday......we started praying for her about a year ago as she was found to have cancer and was given 6 months to live. Elfie is in her 80's and looks great! PRAISE GOD!

Please remember Frank Haley in your prayers. He undergoes hip replacement surgery today at 7:30am.

Dewey I am writing this for prayers for myself. Now that winter is setting in, my pain has become alive and well. I have pain that I had forgotten I had during the summer months. I have seen so many, much needed prayer requests that I feel little compared. But my pain runs my life in the winter months. Of course there are the two hours after I take my medications (4 times a day) that I feel less pain. And I am very thankful for those hours. I just wish it would last longer.

Please pray for the dear lady in Alamogordo, Marcia Stirman, who had the courage to speak out about her concerns about Obama. I sent her a word of encouragement today as I hope many in the body of Christ will also, along with Psalm 109:26-31. We need to pray for her as the media begins to attack. God bless.

Also my friends please pray for the family of Linda Szalay of the Los Alamos area. She passed away yesterday after a long bought with cancer. My wife, Sharon was such good friends with Linda as they worked together as nurses for many years. Please keep Linda's husband Jerry and daughters in your prayers. Sharon loved Linda very much as she was such a caring person!

Hi Dewey,
I just wanted to say thank you again for all that you do. I just received news from my doctor's office that the mass in my liver has decreased to half the size it was.
The chemo is working for me. I have been off the oxygen for 8 weeks. My lungs are stable. I know it is through prayer and my medical team that my health is improving.

I sincerely appreciate your work and thank you for reminding me the importance of praying for others and that we all have obstacles. It's through God that we can overcome them.
