Good morning Dewey,
Brother Dewey I pray God’s total and complete healing on you today. I pray you feel His presence like never before and the warmth of His touch envelope you, closing out any pain or longing you may be experiencing. I pray His grace and mercy is sufficient for you and you continue to feel His anointing. When you speak your words are like the tongues of fire that feel on the disciples at Pentecost. Your words begin with that sweet taste of honey and explode into the beautiful word of God to console, convict, and encourage each of us to look at ourselves and heed the word of God.
No wonder you were born on the 4th of July. You and your words are the fireworks for NM and wherever you might be heard. You are the salt and light to those within hearing distance. May you be blessed this day and have a very Happy Birthday.
God Bless You,
Bob and Wanell
Thank you Bob and Wanell and to all of you for your love! It has so much helped me re-charge my batteries, Sharon and the kid’s threw a big party and cookout! We are also planning our vacation at the end of August as Daughter Stephanie get’s married in Denver on August 21st. We do need to get out of Dodge for a bit!! LOL!
It seem’s all the time messages like Bob and Wanell’s come at a time appointed by God. I took some heat for my views on some issues this past week. I always try to bring light to a situation, and that is what the LORD is having me do, whether some like it or not.
Pastor Mark Tross sent this to me yesterday and this is information that never outdates itself! Please keep Mark and Juliet in your prayers!
This is such a sad story of a Ministry and family being torn apart…….
The story broke yesterday that Robert Schuller has been ousted from his Ministry, from the glass house….first his son and him became estranged and now Schuller and his daughters. What is wrong with this picture? We first cover the story of the Schuller Ministry and then Pastor Bill Ruhl will give us his commentary and then we will share with you the LIGHT being shined by a little Church………I should say, like many of you there was a time when Robert Schuller’s Ministry really helped me, I soaked much good in, but then it just seemed to focus so much on money, money and the sale of things……..My heart just breaks for the Schuller family.let us keep them in our prayers…..
Pastor Bill Ruhl of KKIM/KARS News has this observation…….
We are seeing the beginning of the great shaking out. Apostacy will rise as the days grow darker. Interesting to see this beginning in California. The west is the end of the day, the place of deep waters, the grave, and from here we will see the downfall of many “man” made buildings (ministries). “Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it.” Glass houses, “purpose” driven…all monuments to men, that God will deal with shortly…A deception is being unveiled and coming; “even unto the elect”…The thing to examine here is by whom were they elected. Judgement comes first in the “house” of the Lord. His focus has always been on those who profess to be His…The truth will be clearly seen (and we won’t need glass windows to peer through) when many cry out “Lord, Lord” and His answer is…”I never knew (yada) you!”
Thank you Pastor Bill! Good word’s……..
Now let us show you a LIGHT for JESUS that has been shining for 100 years!!! Just a little Church that is near Sindey, Montana where I started in radio 35 plus years ago. Sidney is in NE Montana right near the border with North Dakota. This article is taken from the Sidney Herald…….This little old Church and it’s congregation have kept their eye’s fixed on Jesus……..

Grace Lutheran Church in Skaar, N.D., has a membership of 20.
A small church, enduring numerous thunderstorms, severe winters, weddings and celebrations, and a declining population, but that hasn’t it kept its members from deserting it. Grace Lutheran Church in Skaar, N.D., 15 miles east of Savage, will celebrate 100 years next Sunday and area residents are invited to participate in the activities.
“It’s an expression of God’s faithfulness to the people,” pastor Nell Lindorff said, “and the people’s faithfulness to God. If God hadn’t blessed that church it wouldn’t be here.”
Grace Lutheran is surrounded by prairies and North Dakota badlands, having stood years of change, including Skaar itself, which no longer exists except for the church. According to Courage Enough, a book of history on Richland County, the church was chartered July 11, 1911. Originally named Scandia Church for the community’s Scandinavian heritage, it was built on the homestead of a Skaar resident but was moved to its current location in 1934. The name was changed to Grace Lutheran in the 1960s.
“This is the glue,” Lindorff said of the church’s importance to the community. Grace Lutheran has an average attendance of 10 but its membership numbers around 20.
Longtime churchgoer Elizabeth Hatter, 83, joined the church in 1957 with her husband and a few of her neighbors. Before that, she went to vacation Bible school as a girl. She continued ever since. “It’s our church, and we are a small group, but I believe God wants me to be there,” she said. “We’re kind of like a family. It’s a joy to get together and see the people and have devotions with other people.” Hatter went to Bible study for years, held bake sales and pancake suppers to raise money for the church.
“I think it’s pretty marvelous,” she said of the church turning 100. “It’s taken a lot of hard, hard work from people who had got it organized in the first place, and it’s been hard to keep it up because of the small income that we have.” Grace Lutheran shares pastor Lindorff with Savage’s First Lutheran Church, a tradition held for 80 years. In support of Grace Lutheran, its sister church has cancelled its services for that Sunday.
“It’s the prayer that says, ‘For all this, God, we are indeed thankful,’ and I think that’s what people have come there to say,” Lindorff said.
On Sunday, the public is invited to attend a small, but joyful occasion, starting with worship service at 11 a.m. with performances by Sharon Whited and First Lutheran Church of Savage’s choir. To celebrate the 100th birthday, Grace members have decided to do a mission project through Lutheran World Relief in which school supplies sent around the world will be taken as offerings. Attendees will also hear greetings from former pastors and bishop. Following is a potluck at the Squaw Gap community hall at 12:30 p.m. with entertainment by 4 by Grace. The entree will be provided, but participants are asked to bring a vegetable dish or salad.
“One hundred years need to be celebrated. That’s a lot of ministry. And for people who care about ministry, come and celebrate,” Lindorff said. Those who plan to attend are asked to call Lindorff at 776-2219 for directions.
PRAISE GOD! What a great story! I hope you enjoyed it! There are hundred’s of small Church’s all over our Great land, having served our Lord for years and years………I would like to visit them!
Let us see the difference………the LIGHT and the DARKNESS of money when it is not used for JESUS!
In the Love of Jesus Christ, Dewey Sharon and Family
