Dear KKIM/KARS family
May you be with God this day and all days…….
Oh I so much love this!!!!……….
America’s beloved gospel singer George Beverly Shea turned 103 Wednesday.
Shea performed at the Billy Graham’s Gospel Crusades for more than 60 years, singing before a television audience of more than 220 million people worldwide.
Shea celebrated his birthday with his wife and family at his home in Montreat, N.C.
He has said his secret to long life is “the Lord, a good wife, and coffee.”
The Lord, Sharon, the Kid’s and doggies, and a GOOD CUP!!!!!! and you my friends!
Praise God for the life of George Beverly Shea, what a life in serving our LORD!
For all my friends from the Windom area I have a new column posted at www.windomnews.com on Godly mentor’s! Just go to the web site click on column and then my name! God Bless you all!
I pray that you enjoy this CUP!
PRAISE GOD………………..
Good Morning Dewey,
Great news, looks like Dom will be released from the hospital tomorrow. He has made great progress the last two weeks. Praise the Lord. We are so thankful to you and your listening audience who prayed for Dominic and us. Please express our heartfelt thank you to everyone. For Gods Glory alone!
Thank you for the news Carla! I wanted to get up and see Dom, but not while I have the Crud!
Let us give thanks to our LORD for the life of little Dom!
Carla, please drink this CUP and consider contacting Dr. Joe about Dom’s asthma! Dr. Joe may have some suggestions that can help.
I got a text at 11:10pm last night from Victor Martinez who is asking for prayer. He injured his back again and is in much pain. I have have mqany friends with back pain and they tell me it is unbearable at times. Please keep Victor in your prayers.
Please pray for my Brother Daryl who is searching for what he cannot see….. he continues to run toward the darkness. My heart aches for the pain my brother has been in for 20 years. I thank Paul and Rene Dokken for the love they have shown Daryl.
I want to apologize to those of you who have contacted me by email and phone of late. I have been sick but still working, but have not been able to return emails and phone call’s like I usually do. I have to say that I am getting more emails and phone calls than ever and it is hard at times to keep up with it all. I could spend just a whole morning on emails and phone call’s, but I cannot right now……..I pray to the LORD each day, every second of my day to guide me through my day and show me what HE wants me to do. Even at 7 days a week I am behind!
The LORD guides us every second of our day……….
One of the reasons that many people don’t feel an intimacy with God is because they don’t have a daily rhythm with God. If I am up later than 4:30 out I am out of rhythm. The time from 3:30am…or even 3am…….till 7am is my time with God and with you as I type the CUP!
Many just have a weekly rhythm with God, Sundays.
Would that work with your wife and kid’s?
It doesn’t work in God’s family either.
We need to establish a daily rhythm with God to have a relationship with HIM.
The best way is to begin each day in prayer and reading of HIS Word.
There are Larks and Owls.
Owls are just getting started when I go to bed!
Larks are way happy early in the morning! I have always been a Lark, I can’t help myself!!!!! LOL LOL LOL!!!!
Whether you are an Owl or Lark you still need to start your day in prayer and reading of the Word.
How can you start your day without the Armor of God?
King David:
In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice;
in the morning I lay my requests before you
and wait expectantly.
Our biggest shortcoming is LOW EXPECTATIONS! AMEN!
WOW! WEE! What a NM news and Views program last night! Dr. Joe Fawcett is such a gift from God on the information he gives us!
He picked up on his posting from Wednesday here at the CUP that we are all drowning in a sea of Toxin’s.
Here’s what the LORD has shown me about Dr. Joe…he is a Health Evangelist! He does not push a product on us…….he does not push anything but health prevention…..His main concern is your health, taking care of your God given body……a Body that can heal itself! ………he does not get paid for all he does here at the CUP……..The LORD know’s Dr. Joe’s heart and that is why he has placed him here at the CUP and KKIM/KARS.
Here’s a bit of Dr. Joe’s past post………
Feeling bad? Your body may be a toxic waste dump. > We are exposed to 6 million pounds of mercury and the 2.5 billion pounds other > toxic chemicals each year. > > 80,000+ toxic chemicals have been released into our environment since the dawn > of the industrial revolution, and very few have been tested for their > long-term impact on human health. > > How can we not be affected by this massive amount of poison? > > According to the nonprofit organization Environmental Working Group, the > average newborn baby has 287 known toxins in his or her umbilical cord blood. > > If a newborn is exposed to that many toxins, imagine how many you have been > exposed to in your life. > > Could this be a key to why so many of us are sick and fat today? >
This is so important, because many diseases of our society are actually related to toxicity. Here are some of the diseases caused by toxins: Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Autism, Attention deficit disorder, Depression and other mood disorders, Insomnia, Heart disease, Chronic fatigue syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Cancer, Autoimmune disease, Food allergies, Arthritis, Digestive diseases like Crohn’s disease, ulcers, and colitis, Menstrual problems like heavy bleeding, cramps, PMS, menopausal symptoms, mood changes and hot flashes.
How to we fight these Toxin’s? We need to build up our immune systems.
Dr. Joe stressed to us to cut out all sugar and white flour! Be Gluten free! Don’t let bad stuff stick to your body like glue!
Our bodies become inflamed, which compromises our immune system……Dr. Joe said the two most important supplements that we can take are Fish Oil and Vitamin D-3.
Dr. Joe suggests for some of his patients like myself to take up 10,000 IU’s of Vitamin D-3 when you are going to be indoors and not see the sun.
I strongly encourage you visit www.deweysdailycup.com and read Dr. Joe’s column on Toxin’s.
Also feel free to email him.
Last night Dr. Joe told me to take a bath in Epson salts, which Mom would do when we kid’s would get sick! I did and I feel much better this morning PRAISE GOD! The Epson salts suck the Toxin’s out of our bodies, it’s the magnesium sulfate in the salts that does it.
Don’t settle for a Z pac, or the latest anti-biotic that is being used……….Health prevention is the best. The Food we eat determines so much about our health. Cut our sugar and white flour, go Gluten free!
Dr. Joe told me that my cold that I have may be allergies, as I told him I get hit with this respiratory junk every late Jan and early Feb in New Mexico for the last 6 years!
Howdy Dewey!
Looks like you might be allergic to either all of them or one or two of these:
Mulberry, Elm and Juniper/Cedar” http://www.cabq.gov/airquality/pollen.html
From what you told me about your symptoms, it sure does sound like airborne allergens such as one of these, or a mixture of them. The way to find out is to have the skin prick test to confirm it from an Allergist.
Or you can talk to your homeopath about testing you and then prescribing the remedy.
Thanks Dr. Joe, I encourage you to contact Dr. Joe and consult with him on your health. We are to take care of our Temple’s. I have known Dr. Joe for nearly 5 years now and he is a Servant of God. He is here to serve not to be served.
Dr. Joe has the heart of a Servant.
But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. Matt 23:11
I have seen the benefit’s of health prevention…….natural supplements, not synthetic stuff like you by at the Wal-Mart’s……..I have seen such Godly benefit’s in taking care of my Temple……I want all to experience the better health I have at 56 than at 26!!!!
My Uncle Joe who passed away a year ago this coming March 26th at the age of 96 always told me, “If you don’t have your health, you have nothing.” he was always encouraging me to take care of myself, so I could do the work that the Lord has given me to do.
Uncle Joe’s heart was full of the love of JESUS CHRIST….and it spilled over into the lives of thousands……….
Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Psalm 37:7
More from Dr. Joe in this CUP as you drink your coffee or tea and pray…………
Day 12 of our 40 Day Journey………
Forsaken By Disciples
Zechariah 13:7 Old testament Prophecy
This is a message of the Eternal, Commander of heavenly armies.
Eternal One: Sword, begin to stir; be ready to strike My shepherd, to strike the man at My side.
Strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will scatter.
I’ll turn My hand against the little ones.
Fulfilled in Jesus Mark 14:50
When they saw the armed crowd take Jesus into custody, the disciples fled.
Good or bad, when great prophets or teachers are destroyed or disgraced, their followers disperse out of fear.
Let us pray……..
Father,

February 3, 2012. The most important thing you can ever do is to love others as I have loved you. This is an unselfish love that flows, not from the world or the natural flesh, but rather from My heart through you. I have noticed you making an effort to extend more of this kind of love to all those around you. The world is full of brotherly and erotic love. You see and hear it through all the available media. My love runs deeper and produces more joy and gladness. Peace and peace of mind radiates from this love to affect everything around you. It is truly My love through you. It is like a powerful magnet drawing My children who all need it.
Matthew 22:38-39 (AMP) “This is the great (most important, principal) and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as [you do] yourself.” Ras Robinson – Many of our 600+ sponsored Filipino kids go to school hungry. I had a dream last night of going up to a house painted blue…totally blue with darker blue trim. As I went into the house, there was someone who had a very serious problem. I held their head in my arms up against my chest. I asked the Lord, “What is this about?” I have thought and prayed about this until I heard. “There is someone who will read this word who is going through something really serious that no one else completely understands how serious. They feel blue, seriously blue, dangerously blue. Ask the people to pray for this one, asking that this one receives My deep comfort within their soul.” Psalms 51:6-8 (NASB) “Behold, You desire truth in the innermost being, And in the hidden part You will make me know wisdom. Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me to hear joy and gladness,” Bev Robinson – Many of our 600+ sponsored Filipino kids go to school hungry. Do you see yourself in the natural or the spiritual? Oh that you could wrap your mind around who you really are. All of the old, stinky, lousy stuff is gone. You truly have a new identity. When I look at you, all I see is Jesus. You have become hidden within Him. You are the truest reflection there could ever be of My son. It is somewhat like witness protection within the federal government. You have been relocated from one world to another. Your name has been changed and you have been adopted into the fold. When you look upon yourself, change your perspective to Mine. 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NASB) “Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold new things have come.” Kevin Robinson – Many of our 600+ sponsored Filipino kids go to school hungry. Herer’s today’s Medical bag with Dr. Joe………More on Toxin’s
Are toxic particles in your office air making you sick?
In a first-of-its-kind study, scientists are reporting that the indoor air in offices is an important source of worker exposure to potentially toxic substances released by carpeting, furniture, paneling, paint and many other items that “out gas” their fumes. Their report, which documents a link between levels of these so-called polyfluorinated compounds (PFCs) in office air and in the blood of workers, appears in ACS’ journal Environmental Science & Technology.
Michael McClean and colleagues explain that PFCs, used in water-repellent coatings on carpet and furniture, may have adverse effects on human health. The substances are widespread in the environment and in humans around the world.
Scientists know that potential sources of exposure include food, water, indoor air, indoor dust and direct contact with PFC-containing objects. But the link between levels in air and blood had not been explored previously, so McClean’s group set out to fill that gap with a study of 31 office workers in Boston.
They found concentrations of a PFC called fluorotelomer alcohol (FTOH) in office air that were 3-5 times higher than those reported in previous studies of household air, “suggesting that offices may represent a unique and important exposure environment.” In addition, the study found a strong link between concentrations of FTOH in office air and perfluorooctanoic acid (a metabolite of FTOH) in the blood of office workers. The results also suggested that workers in newly renovated office buildings may receive considerably higher doses of PFCs than workers in older buildings.
So, yes…toxic particles in the office air can and does make you sick. But, there’s something very simple you can do to combat this in your office, your home, your classroom, even in your RV.
In the late ’80s, NASA and the Associated Landscape Contractors of America studied houseplants as a way to purify the air in space facilities. They found several common plants that filter out common volatile organic compounds. Print this article and take it with you when you go to visit your local nursery so you can see what they look like or simply search them on the Internet.
By the way, “silk plants”, you know, the pretty but fake flowers and “plants” that you might have in your home, well, they’re pretty much non-functional other than collecting lots of dust which is loaded with toxic things that could be causing your allergies or poor health. If you do have health problems you’ll want to replace them with real plants that do real work to make you healthier:
The aloe vera plant easy-to-grow, sun-loving succulent helps clear formaldehyde and benzene, which can be a byproduct of chemical-based cleaners, paints and more. Aloe is a smart choice for a sunny kitchen window. Beyond its air-clearing abilities, the gel inside an aloe plant can help heal cuts and burns. Every home needs one or several of these.
Weeping fig (Ficus benjamina). A ficus in your living room can help filter out pollutants that typically accompany carpeting and furniture such as formaldehyde, benzene and trichloroethylene. Caring for a ficus can be tricky, but once you get the watering and light conditions right, they will last a long time.
Heart leaf philodendron (Philodendron oxycardium). This climbing vine plant isn’t a good option if you have kids or pets — it’s toxic when eaten, but it’s a workhorse for removing all kinds of VOCs. Philodendrons are particularly good at battling formaldehyde from sources like particleboard.
Spider plant (Chlorophytum comosum). One of my favorites. Even if you tend to neglect houseplants, you’ll have a hard time killing this resilient plant. With lots of rich foliage and tiny white flowers, the spider plant battles benzene, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide and xylene, a solvent used in the leather, rubber and printing industries. Great plant to give as a “house warming gift”!
Peace lily (Spathiphyllum). Another one of my favorites. Shade and weekly watering are all the peace lily needs to survive and produce blooms. It topped NASA’s list for removing all three of most common VOCs — formaldehyde, benzene and trichloroethylene. It can also combat toluene and xylene.
Gerber daisy (Gerbera jamesonii). This bright, flowering plant is effective at removing trichloroethylene, which you may bring home with your dry cleaning. It’s also good for filtering out the benzene that comes with inks. Add one to your laundry room or bedroom — presuming you can give it lots of light.
Snake plant (Sansevieria trifasciata ‘Laurentii’). Also known as mother-in-law’s tongue, this plant is one of the best for filtering out formaldehyde, which is common in cleaning products, toilet paper, tissues and personal care products. Put one in your bathroom — it’ll thrive with low light and steamy humid conditions while helping filter out air pollutants. A great plant if you don’t have a “green thumb”.
Golden pothos (Scindapsus aures). Another powerful plant for tackling formaldehyde, this fast-growing vine will create a cascade of green from a hanging basket. Consider it for your garage since car exhaust is filled with formaldehyde. (Bonus: Golden pothos, also know as devil’s ivy, stays green even when kept in the dark.) Very hardy plant!
Chrysanthemum (Chrysantheium morifolium). The colorful flowers of a mum can do a lot more than brighten a home office or living room; the blooms also help filter out benzene, which is commonly found in glue, paint, plastics and detergent. This plant loves bright light, and to encourage buds to open, you’ll need to find a spot near an open window with direct sunlight.
Red-edged dracaena (Dracaena marginata). The red edges of this easy dracaena bring a pop of color, and the shrub can grow to reach your ceiling. This plant is best for removing xylene, trichloroethylene and formaldehyde, which can be introduced to indoor air through lacquers, varnishes and gasoline.
Azalea (Rhododendron simsii). Bring this beautiful flowering shrub into your home to combat formaldehyde from sources such as plywood or foam insulation. Because azaleas do best in cool areas around 60 to 65 degrees, they’re a good option for improving indoor air in your basement if you can find a bright spot.
Chinese evergreen (Aglaonema Crispum ‘Deborah’). This easy-to-care-for plant can help filter out a variety of air pollutants and begins to remove more toxins as time and exposure continues. Even with low light, it will produce blooms and red berries.
English ivy (Hedera helix). A study found that the plant reduces airborne fecal-matter particles. It has also been shown to filter out formaldehyde found in some household cleaning products.
Warneck dracaena (Dracaena deremensis ‘Warneckii’). Combat pollutants associated with varnishes and oils with this dracaena. The Warneckii grows inside easily, even without direct sunlight. With striped leaves forming clusters atop a thin stem, this houseplant can be striking, especially if it reaches its potential height of 12 feet.
Bamboo palm (Chamaedorea sefritzii). Also known as the reed palm, this small palm thrives in shady indoor spaces and often produces flowers and small berries. It tops the list of plants best for filtering out both benzene and trichloroethylene. They’re also a good choice for placing around furniture that could be off-gassing formaldehyde.
Whatever time you spend in your home, classroom, office or RV, make it a toxic free zone with God’s wondrous working plants that naturally cleans the air you breathe to make it life-giving…don’t allow the air you breathe to be life-robbing.
God Bless you Dr. Joe!
