Dear Family of Jesus,
We have a Praise report on Carmen and also prayer needs this morning for Pastor Larry Moss who was in an ATV accident and is in ICU and Pastor Don Kimbro’s daughter Karen. Just got an update on Larry Moss it is posted below.
Daughter Gretchen left for Portales this morning, we had good talks while she was here. Gretchen has such good insight into life. We were talking and praying for soften hearts in the world………let us all soften our hearts this day and all days in the ways of Jesus Christ.
In lower Manhattan a failed back up generator forced NY University’s Langone Medical Center to relocate 20 babies from neonatal intensive care. Dozens of Ambulances lined up in the rainy night and the babies were gingerly moved out, some attached to battery powered respirators as gusts of wind blew their blankets……Angels came to rescue the babies……..just one of the stores emerging from the storm………Let us continue to pray for all.
Time is short for all us of…………The Lord led me to these words this morning in James 4:14-17
Yet you do not know (the least thing) about what may happen tomorrow. What is the nature of your life? You are (really) but a wisp of vapor (a puff of smoke, a mist) that is visible for a little while and then disappears (into thin air)
You ought instead to say, if the Lord is willing, we shall live and we shall do this or that (thing).
But as it is, you boast (falsely) in your presumption and your self- conceit. All such boasting is wrong.
So any person who knows what is right to do but does not do it, to him it is sin.
AMEN!
PRAISE GOD Carmen is home!

Don also let me know that Pastor Larry Moss was in an accident on Monday. I talked to Larry’s wife Lou early this morning 5am NM Time, Larry and Lou are now living in Kentucky and Larry was injured in this accident and Lou said that he was lying on the road with cars passing him and Larry thought his time had come to go home! He was taken to the hospital and is still in ICU. He hit his head very hard and has broken bones around one eye. I did not get to talk to Lou very long as the Doctor was coming into the room and she needed to talk to him. Please keep Larry in your prayers, we love this man so much!
Here is an update on Larry Moss, I just talked to him at 6:15am, he was testing driving an ATV and was turning around and going back to the shop and his foot hit the accelerator and brake at the same time and the ATV spun onto the road and was hit by a car and Larry was thrown into the air and landed face first on the road. Larry has 25 staples in his face. No skull fracture. As I said he is in ICU and has broken bones around one eye, no vision problems. Let us pray for this Giant Man of God!
This was the first time I got to talk to Larry since I left KKIM and formed FGGAM, Larry is my Spiritual Father and he had told me 4 months ago the Lord told him that He wanted me out of KKIM and not concerning myself with the day to day duties of a radio station manager. Larry said the Lord wants you out Preaching the Word! Larry choked up when I told him that I am out Preaching the Word and doing what the Lord had told you for me to do! Larry said he was very happy for me but very happy for the Lord! AMEN!
Larry Moss is one of those guys that comes into your life and changes it through our Lord! AMEN!
Let us all gather and pray at this time for healing for Karen and Larry.

The conference center is located in Northern New Mexico, outside of Santa Fe. Please pray this 2,100 acre retreat will continue to be a beacon of light to the people of New Mexico.
Here is a note from pastor Leonard on yesterdays CUP…….Word’s of Godly Wisdom pour out of Leonard’s mouth………He really states the purpose of yesterday’s CUP……Let the Body of Christ Minister to each other! My purpose each day is to share my testimony, my letter to you each day……
Loved the Cup. especially the testimony of the car repairs. Great faith building for all of us. as I told you and others have told me, “Where God guides He provides”. Our needs becomes someone else’s ministry. It happened all through Paul’s ministries. When he had a need God provided other partners in the gospel to meet his needs. Love this verse in the Cup:
Psalm 34:7
The Angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him(who revere and worship Him with awe) and each of them He delivers.
Also, Dewey, in my daily Bible reading yesterday, this verse popped up at me and reminded me of you but should be for all of us who proclaim the good news of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I Kings 22:14: “But Micaiah said, ‘As the Lord lives, what the Lord says to me, that will I speak”.
That is our commission. Be in prayer! Be in the Word of God! AND what the Lord says to us, that will we speak.
praying for you, Sharon, FGGAM!!!!
luv ya
Here is a devotional that Darlene Fick Quiring wanted to share with us……..
October 30, 2012 When You Feel Like You’re Not Enough By Renee Swope |
“When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.'” (John 8:12 NIV)
I had that awful yucky feeling of not being enough … not smart enough or good enough. For weeks I felt inadequate and incompetent about everything–from the way I parented to the way I served God in ministry to the way I organized my time and my life.
I had begged God to take away my feelings of insecurity. Though He didn’t answer the way I hoped, He showed me what I needed to see in the most unexpected way.
One afternoon, I was putting on make-up in my bathroom when I noticed a huge nine-foot shadow on the wall behind me. And as I stood there looking at the humongous shadow, it dawned on me: all of my insecurities were creating a huge shadow over my soul–a shadow of doubt.
That day in my bathroom, I came to two important realizations. First, I could only see the shadow when I turned away from the light. And second, I was creating the shadow by blocking the light from the wall.
Shadows are created all around us when something blocks light, and so it is with the shadow of doubt.
When we focus our thoughts on ourselves and how inadequate we feel, or what others think about us and how we’re performing, we cast a shadow of doubt in our minds by blocking the light of God’s Truth in our hearts.
But we were not designed to block the light. We were created to live in the Light by focusing on what God thinks about us instead of what we think about ourselves.
Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” (John 8:12b NIV) When we follow Jesus closely and completely in our thoughts, turning away from doubts and lies, we can find lasting security and confidence in Him.
That afternoon, I realized my self-doubt wasn’t going to just go away. I had to purposefully shift my focus from my feelings of inadequacy to God’s promises of His all-sufficiency and grace in my life.
I had to choose to focus on truth {the Light} so I could exchange my feelings of low self-confidence with lasting “God-fidence.”
Feeling paralyzed and stuck in a place of insecurity is not where God intends for us to live. When Jesus spoke to the people in John 8:12, He called them out of darkness.
Now He’s calling you – to step of out of the shadows of doubt so that you can become the God-fident women He created you to be. A woman whose assurance and soul-security is found in what He says and thinks about her.
And, the next time you feel your heart dwelling in the shadow of self-doubt, ask God to replace your lack of self-confidence with lasting soul-confidence as you turn towards the Light and focus your thoughts on His truths:
When you feel inadequate, God says: You are CHOSEN. “‘You are my witnesses,’ declares the Lord, ‘and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he.'” (Isa. 43:10a NIV)
When you feel unstable, God says: You are ABLE. “The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights.” (Hab. 3:19 NIV)
When you feel unworthy, God says: You are PRECIOUS and LOVED.“… you are precious and honored in my sight, and … I love you.” (Isa. 43:4a NIV)
Dear Lord, You say I am a chosen woman, a royal priest, a holy daughter, a woman belonging to You. Help me believe that and live beyond the shadows of my doubts as I follow and focus on the Light of Your truth today. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Some pastors who care for the sponsored children told us of them going to school with empty stomachs and not being able to do well. With your help we are doing something about it. You can be part of the solution. See below.
October 31, 2012. You have a choice. You can be part of the fellowship of the blessed or you can choose to be in the gathering of the poor. It is frightening to learn of once blessed families who are now unemployed and being evicted from their beautiful well deserved homes. More and more people in your nation are becoming poor. Some think of themselves as bottom feeders, living on the least means to survive. You know it is wrong to think only of the negative and the reality of lack. Your mind has been chained to the demonic of failure and living on barely get-along street. Choose to believe and remember your eternal promise from God to be blessed and to bless other families and nations. Be who you really are, the blessed and the blessing of a loving God. Genesis 12:2-3 (NLT) “I will make you into a great nation. I will bless you and make you famous, and you will be a blessing to others. I will bless those who bless you and curse those who treat you with contempt. All the families on earth will be blessed through you.” Acts 3:25 (NLT) “You are the children of those prophets, and you are included in the covenant God promised to your ancestors. For God said to Abraham, ‘Through your descendants all the families on earth will be blessed.'” Ras Robinson Subscribe to “What the Lord Is Saying Today” October 31, 2012. Many needs are beginning to converge at the same time and it seems overwhelming. It won’t actually be overwhelming, but for a time it will feel like it. Don’t be overtaken by your feelings; be overtaken by Me. I will guide you through this maze one step at a time. Neither look to the right or the left, and don’t get bogged down by feelings of things cascading. The last in the list of fruit of My Holy Spirit is self-control. Record all that is happening in order to get all the needs from tumbling in your mind. This will sort it out and you will feel in control because I will be directing each step you take. Galatians 5:22-23 (NLT) “But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!” Bev Robinson Scroll down to see “Photo of the Day” from our ministry to children in the Philippines. October 31, 2012. I AM resisting your proud and haughty spirit. A big dose of humility will work very nicely for you. Put away your foolish pride and let Me chaperon you. Arrogance has also entered the equation and others are keeping their distance from you because of it. You cannot even begin to see how mired you are in mud. Denial has been your worst enemy. I have heard your cries of distress. Let Me help you. I am the Helper. Let Me bring aid and support in the way I choose. It has taken awhile for you to get into this fix. Give Me your attitude and allow Me and others to help you. Hebrews 4:16-18 (MSG) “Now that we know what we have-Jesus, this great High Priest with ready access to God-let’s not let it slip through our fingers. We don’t have a priest who is out of touch with our reality. He’s been through weakness and testing, experienced it all-all but the sin. So let’s walk right up to him and get what he is so ready to give. Take the mercy, accept the help.
