Dear Family of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Happy New year to you and yours! May God Bless you all forever and ever! AMEN!
Thank You Lord for the snow, the cleansing of Your land the purity You offer us
Yes it is snowing in the desert today!! PRAISE GOD for the moisture, for the cleansing!
God is interested in your home being a place of health, protection, and blessing! I have
been so blessed to see such a revival and presence of God in my home.
Let us have revival in our homes and neighborhoods, by bringing our Lord to the forefront in everything we do and say!
This is from my Dear friend Bev of Fullnessonline…….
December 30, 2012. I am going to give you blessings in every arena of your life… personal, personal relationships, family relationships, professional, job, finances, health and all other arenas. There is something you need to do before you will be able to see all the blessings which are coming your way. Identify anywhere there is doubt, fear, unbelief or unforgiveness. Bring them front and center, repent and trust Me to handle them. Now get your mind centered on the reality that through Me you are righteous. Camp in this place. When other thoughts of insufficiency come, cast them away. Now you are ready to receive My goodness and blessings. Precious one, receive and begin walking in blessings.
Deuteronomy 28:2 (NASB) “All these blessings will come upon you and overtake you if you obey the Lord your God:” Bev Robinson
Thank you Bev.
The key here friends is a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ and to obey HIM!
Today I did something different to start my day……I turned on the Local TV channels and watched their weather reports with the snow since Sharon has to go to work…..Oh my…….I pray that all of us go into our prayer room before turning on the radio and TV and put on the Armour of God. Be careful as to what you hear and believe, this is where your discernment is key. Getting your news and information from those that do not have a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ is hazardous to our health, to say the least!
I Preached on this a bit yesterday at First Baptist in Quemado, NM …………..I repeat this part of Friday’s posting because this is a prime example of the secular media gone dark… .a newscaster telling Pastor Rick Warren that he should amend the Bible………This is the world we live in!
Oh my, oh my, I became ill in the spirit by reading this……..this is why we must be Salt and Light and carry out the Great Commission and Occupy until He returns……..
CNN host Piers Morgan said he believes the Bible and the U.S. Constitution are “inherently flawed” and asserted that it’s time for the Bible’s position on gay rights to be amended.
“It’s flawed,” Morgan said during an interview with evangelical pastor and author Rick Warren. “Both the Bible and the Constitution were well-intentioned, but they are basically, inherently flawed – hence the need to amend it.
“I do not believe the Bible is flawed,” Warren said. “What I believe is flawed is human opinion because it constantly changes.”
The British-born talk show host held his ground during a lengthy conversation about the Bible and gay rights.
“But you and I know the Bible is, in many places a flawed document,” Morgan said – a point of disagreement with Pastor Warren.
“My point to you about gay rights for example – it’s time for an amendment to the Bible,” Morgan told Warren. “You should compile a new Bible.”
“Not a chance,” Warren replied. “I willingly admit, willingly admit that I base my worldview on the Bible which I believe is true. And my definition of truth is – if it’s new it’s not true. If it was true a thousand years ago, it’ll be true a thousand years from today. Opinion changes but truth doesn’t.”
“We’re going to agree to disagree on that,” Morgan said.
Robert Jeffress, pastor of the historic First Baptist Church of Dallas, Tex., told Fox News that Morgan was incredibly off-base with his remarks.
“For Morgan to label God’s divine revelation as ‘flawed’ because it doesn’t confirm to his own opinion is the epitome of arrogance,” he said. “My guess is that the Bible will be around a lot longer than Morgan’s program.”
Paul Kengor, the executive director of The Center for Vision and Values at Grove City College, told Fox News that to doubt the Constitution is one thing, “but to assume the infallible authority to judge the words of God is something else altogether.”
“It’s quite ironic that at this sacred time of year, Christmas, we’d be talking about truth allegedly changing and the need to amend sacred Scripture,” Kengor said. “It’s also remarkable to watch secular liberals like Piers Morgan assume unto themselves the extraordinary authority to divine what in the Bible is true and what is not, what is flawed and what is not, and where certain “amendments” supposedly need to occur. Do they fully realize precisely what powers they are proclaiming?”
But Jeffress did find a silver lining in Morgan’s comments.
“At least Piers Morgan recognizes what many Christians fail to comprehend– that both the Bible and the Constitution define marriage as a union between a man and a woman,” he added.
The CNN host has been under fire in recent days after he launched a crusade for gun control laws in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.
He used his Twitter account to call Wayne LaPierre, the head of the National Rifle, a “dangerous, dim-witted, deluded menace to American safety.”
During an interview on his CNN program Morgan called Gun Owners of America executive director Larry Pratt a liar and an idiot.
“You’re an unbelievably stupid man, aren’t you?” Morgan asked Pratt.
“You don’t give a damn, do you, about the gun murder rate in America?” Morgan asked. “You don’t actually care.”
That encounter led to the creation of a petition on the White House website calling for Morgan to be deported. Tens of thousands of people have signed the petition alleging that “British citizen and CNN television host Piers Morgan is engaged in a hostile attack against the U.S. Constitution by targeting the Second Amendment.”
But it appears there may be some people in England who would prefer that Morgan stay on the American side of the Atlantic Ocean.
A second petition on the “We the People” website was launched called, “Keep Piers Morgan in the USA.”
“There are two very good reasons for this,” the petition states. “Firstly, the First Amendment. Second and the most important point, no one in the UK wants him back.”
The petition was reportedly started by a Briton and now has more than 5,000 signers.
A third petition calls for the White House to keep Morgan in the country to protect his Constitutional rights. That petition has more than 1,000 signers.
Let us pray for Mr. Morgan to see the light of Jesus Christ. To amend the Bible, oh my! Lord have mercy on him.
When I read this to the folks yesterday at Church many had not hear this story and were shocked!
This is the World we live in.
Where do you get your news and information? I encourage you to spend a minimum of one hour a day in morning prayer and reading God’s Word and listening for Him. Psalm 46:10, Be still for I am God.
More than ever my friends YOU and I need the discernment of our Lord.
Make sure your news comes from Christian media.
We must be Salt and Light and carry out the Great Commission and occupy until He returns. We must bring others to Christ!
I have come to love rural New Mexico so much! There is something so very special about rural New Mexico and the rural areas of America.
Preaching in Quemado the last 2 weeks has been so very special. They live a simpler life, no internet, some with no TV and Radio and no newspaper. They keep up with the news however by gathering at the Town cafe’s, Churches, and local gatherings. Church is very special……very special……I have seen these folks now for two weeks and it’s like a homecoming very Sunday.the Lord just shines through them all, despite the challenges they face like you and me.
Maybe it’s the fact that they rely on less THINGS than I do, and more on God.
Not to mention the drive to Quemado, God spoke to me all the way to Quemado and back. I also soaked in His great creation. He also gave me a concert of Church bells last Sunday on the way home. God was so pleased with the Church service and the movement of the Holy Spirit for 30 mikes I had Church bells going off in the car…not too loud or to soft…when it first started I thought it was my phone or car radio……it was not.I had to stop the car……as I was startled. Then after realizing the Lord was giving my a concert of Church bless, since He knows I love their sound…….I resumed driving in the Spirit!
I have loved my 2 weeks at Quemado, it has increased my walk with our Lord, I will miss these folks. They want me to come back often and have asked me to apply for the Pastor’s position. I am so thankful for their acknowledgement of what the Lord is doing, but I told them they have their Pastor, their head Deacon, Jerry who is such a Godly man, he also is the Fire Chief. The Lord showed me that Jerry is the man. The Lord has me here at FGGAM to go all over for Him.
I Preached yesterday on the need of the Church to bring in Children…..to raise them up and then I Preached on the life of Paul…..part of that life many do not want to Preach on when he put Christians to death but the Lord struck him down and blinded him but Paul turned out to be the Greatest Evangelist for our Lord and has left us with his Words forever and ever! The story of Paul needs to be told to a dark world and what miracles the Lord does! AMEN! Paul tasted the pit of hell but then rose from the ashes and became brightness for our Lord forever and ever through his life and his words in our Bible.
It was talked about yesterday in Church how they can tell the difference if the Preacher is Preaching in the Holy Spirit or not! This is a whole week long sermon here. I am thankful for all my prayer partners who pray me up during the week when they know I am going to be Preaching at a certain Church. Yesterday Sister’s Barbara Gould, Karen Rowe, Mabel Lopez and Sharon prayed me up on the drive as did Brother Randall Thom. The Holy Spirit moved in a Powerful way yesterday because we all submitted our selves to Him. AMEN!
We cannot Preach or share God fully with others if we are NOT FULL of the Holy Spirit AMEN!
Friday night the Board of Directors of FGGAM got together and we reviewed the last 4 months. We reviewed the Daily CUP which you are reading now, the CUP begins it’s 15th year in 2013, Lord Willing, it’s data base is approaching 1200. We looked at the past TV programs on KAZQ we have put out, the podcasts on the FGGAM web site. We have Preached at 12 Churches in the last 4 months, 1 Revival in North Carolina, several Hospital and nursing home visits, 25 folks we have counseled and countless brought to Christ. We have dealt in too many suicide situations. We always call upon other Pastor’s, counselors, Police, Medical if need be in all counseling situations. We are are a very small Ministry, but the Lord is doing a tremendous work through FGGAM! PRAISE GOD!!! Would you help fuel FGGAM into 2013 and beyond, anything the Lord put’s on your heart will help.we have one couple mailing in $10.00 a week. Please consider us worthy of your support for God’s Glory Alone! You can give at our web site www.fggam.org or mail to FGGAM PO BOX 65516 Albuquerque, NM 87193.
Sharon and I are very thankful for the Board of Directors and Advisers we have. The Board of accountability as I call them is, Vice Chairman Pastor Bill Ruhl, Sec/Treasurer Wanell Pate, Don Kimbro, Fund raising Kay Hendrickson, Prayer leader Barbara Gould, and Kathy Garcia.
Chief Advisers to the Board and myself are:Pastor Leonard Navarre and Ernie Belanger.
I have to say this the real Chief is our Lord Jesus Christ and then Sharon. Without Sharon I would be lost. How many wives would stand firm and love their husband more when he announces he is leaving his fulltime paid position and going into full time Ministry without a pay check?
I arise early each day to do what the Lord has me to do.
My life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus Acts 20:24
This past Saturdays Dewey and Friends TV program was quite a hit with Cowboy Clarence Montoya! Go to youtube.com and type in Dewey and Friends KAZQ TV Many say they enjoyed the Cowboy’s Testimony! AMEN! A Vietnam Vet said,” Clarence gave me courage.”
“God has not been trying an experiment on my faith or love in order to find out their quality. He knew it already. It was I who didn’t. In this trial He makes us occupy the dock, the witness box, and the bench all at once. He always knew that my temple was a house of cards. His only way of making me realize the fact was to knock it down.”
—CS Lewis, A Grief Observed (1961)
Dear Dewey, Thank you so much for your concern about me. I know Our Lord puts things on our heart just when it is needed. And I needed to hear the words you said to me on your phone the other day. I’ve been having some tough days of healing from my back operation. When I have a good day I seem to overdo and put myself right back down. I’m getting well, I just have to teach myself that I cannot do things when I feel good, it’s will be five months and the Dr said in six months my pain should be better……. And of course it is winter and my neck is bothering me, but I can handle that with Our Lords Strength He seems to give me daily.
Bless you and Sharon, and all God’s Children….. Love sam
We are praying Sam! We are covering you in our prayers!

From the Daily Bread:
The grass withers, the flower fades, but the Word of our God stands forever. —Isaiah 40:8
The family members who founded Hobby Lobby craft stores are born-again believers. The president, Steve Green, is passionate about the Scriptures and plans to establish a Bible museum that will display rare books and manuscripts from around the world. He said, “We are interested in . . . encouraging people to consider what [the Bible] has to say. . . . The goal is to create a museum around the story of the Bible. No book has been persecuted as much or loved as much. Its incredible story needs to be told.”
The Bible has been preserved through time in remarkable ways, and the museum will tell that story. The oldest copies we have of the New Testament are more numerous and closer to the date of the eyewitness events recorded than any other ancient document from that time. Their reports on Christ are more reliable than anything we know about Socrates or Caesar. It should not surprise us that God is behind the scenes using people and circumstances to pass on His inspired text of redemption. Isaiah eloquently proclaimed: “The grass withers, the flower fades, but the Word of our God stands forever” (Isa. 40:8).
As we read the Bible with an open heart, we long to share its message. It’s God’s lasting letter to all. —Dennis Fisher
The Bible stands and it will forever,
When the world has passed away;
By inspiration it has been given—
All its precepts I will obey. —Lillenas
In all literature there is nothing that compares with the Bible.
DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT from Adrian Rogers:
Someone has well said that discouragement is a darkroom where the negatives of fear and failure are developed.
Some people are encouragers and others are discouragers. Have you ever met a discourager? They’re like a drink of water to a drowning man. They can brighten up a room by leaving it. They leave you drained and depressed.
But an encourager leaves you full and refreshed. God has cornered the market on encouragement. All encouragement comes from God. You’re never more like God than when you’re encouraging people and never more like the devil than when you are discouraging people.
