The words of the Bible have LIFE……God works through these Words………..
Please turn to Romans 8: 38-39
We are, incredibly, the body of Christ. And though we may not act like our Father, there is no greater truth than this: We are His. Unalterably. He loves us. Undyingly. Nothing can separate us from the love of Christ. Please read into Romans at this time and pray.

WOW! Do we have a Praise report here at the Moede Ranch! Buffy who had her cancer surgery 7 months ago and so many of you have been praying for her…she has been with us for 11 years, Buffy got a great check up from the Cancer Doctor! Michele the nurse called me yesterday to tell me Buffy Ann’s Blood work is perfect and the radiation results, I think that is what it is called, where an expert studies her ex rays…. ALL CLEAR! Buffy is healed as we have been saying!!! Thank you all for your prayers over the last 7 months! Thank YOU LORD for the life of Buffy and what she has taught us about life with YOU LORD! The Doctor’s have said all along that Buffy has a strong will to live, she has a strong heart, she knows and the LORD knows that the Moede’s need her during these times.Buffy went through 3 hours of surgery 7 months ago to have part of her jaw removed because of the mouth cancer. She was pretty beat up when I went to pick her up, but PRAISE GOD she has made a complete recovery!
What Buffy teaches me to this day…..Is that I have enough……more than enough…….we have the LORD and each other. We love on each other. I will never forget when Sharon was so sick and Buffy just laid by Sharon’s side. Buffy has taught me much about loyalty and love, and no matter how dark the days can get, keep you head up! God created Buffy and all our four legged friends and HE sure uses them to bless u and teach us!
Buffy and Reno also have taught me even more about love! When Buffy went off to the Vet the other day…Reno sat by the gate and just stared looking out at the road, awaiting the return of Buffy. When Buffy got back they kissed!!!
We sure can learn from our furry friends!!! They are family!!!
Thank you for letting me share this love story!
In the midst of the darkness in the World a glimpse at the life of Buffy and Reno seems to lighten the load much!
I have another Praise note for you, behind the scenes the seed has been planted for us to start an internet TV station!!!!!!!!!!! WOW! This was brought to me by a Dear friend of this ministry! The Board of Directors, or as I call them, the Disciples of this Ministry will be gathering to pray and talk about this. Please keep this in your prayers!!!! Day 37 of our 40 Day Journey!
Amos 8:9 Old Testament Prophecy
Eternal One: On that day, I will make the sun set at noon and send darkness across the earth when it should be broad daylight.
Fulfilled in Jesus Matthew 27:45
Starting at noon, the entire land became dark. It was dark for three hours.
God revealed through His Holy Spirit to the prophet Amos, who lived over 700 years before Jesus crucified, that “on that day” the sun will set at noon and darkness will be over the earth. And then Matthew, an eyewitness, confirms that the entire land became dark for three hours. The darkness accompanying Jesus crucifixion is Matthew’s first supernatural sign preceding the salvation of not only Israel but the world.
I pray you are getting fed by this 40 day journey….just don’t you love diving into the Old Testament and Bible Prophecy!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!! We do not do this enough! Bible prophecy should be enough to make the World believe!!!!!!!! I don’t think we Preach on it enough, and we don’t read the Old Testament enough!
PRAISE GOD FOR THIS STUDY!!!!!!!!!!!
Let’s here from Dr. Joe and the Medical Bag………
Too Much Sitting Can Kill You, Study Suggests
The study is published in the March 26, 2012 issue of the Archives of Internal Medicine.
For better health, try standing up more, says the study. Those who spend 11 or more hours a day sitting are 40% more likely to die over the next three years regardless of how physically active they are otherwise, researchers say.
Analyzing self-reported data from more than 222,000 people aged 45 and older, Australian researchers found that mortality risks spike after 11 hours of total daily sitting but are still 15% higher for those sitting between 8 and 11 hours compared to those sitting fewer than 4 hours per day.
“The evidence on the detrimental health effects of prolonged sitting has been building over the last few years,” said study author Hidde van der Ploeg, a senior research fellow at the University of Sydney. “The study stands out because of its large number of participants and the fact that it was one of the first that was able to look at total sitting time. Most of the evidence to date had been on the health risks of prolonged television viewing.”
Average adults spend 90% of their leisure time sitting down, van der Ploeg said, and fewer than half meet World Health Organization recommendations for 150 minutes of at least moderate-intensity physical activity each week.
The data was collected as part of Australia’s 45 and Up Study, a large, ongoing study of healthy aging. Strikingly, the elevated risks for dying from all causes remained even after taking into account participants’ physical activity, weight and health status.
62% percent of participants said they were overweight or obese (a similar proportion to Americans), while nearly 87% said they were in good to excellent health, and one-quarter said they spent at least 8 hours each day sitting.
Inactive participants who sat the most had double the risk of dying within three years compared to active people who sat least, van der Ploeg said, and among physically inactive adults, those who sat the most had nearly one-third higher odds of dying than those who sat least.
Because many people must sit for long hours at their jobs, they should make sure a greater portion of their leisure time is spent standing, walking or engaging in other movement, said Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum, director of Women and Heart Disease at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City and a spokesperson for the American Heart Association.
“Yes, you have to work, but when you go home it’s so important you don’t go back to sitting in front of the computer or television,” Steinbaum said. “After the 8-hour mark, the risks go up exponentially. It’s really about what you’re doing in your leisure time and making the decision to move.”
Several workplaces in Australia are testing sit-stand work stations, van der Ploeg said – a generally well-received initiative that may be a future option for other offices. “Try ways to break up your sitting and add in more standing or walking where possible,” she suggested.
Friend, take a few minutes now and inventory the amount of time you spend sitting at your work each day. Then inventory the time you spend sitting in your vehicle each day. Then inventory the time you spend each day sitting at home at your desk or in the easy chair or wherever else you may spend time sitting. Add all that time up and what do you get? Now, inventory the amount of time you spend walking around at work, walking to the car, standing in line(s), just standing and any other activity that requires you to be on your feet. Add them all up and what do you get? Now, compare that amount of time you spend sitting against the amount of time you spend on your feet. What does it say about your sitting and standing? Is it time to make a change for the betterment of your health?
I gotta run and get on the radio!!!!!!!!!
